アプリパスポートのアカウントは、当社の各アプリと共通です。各アプリの中で扱うデータは、それぞれのアプリのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。このポリシーの対象は、kensaur.us のトップページ、/account/、/go/、/tokushoho/、/privacy/、/art/ のページです。kensaur.us/glot-it/ のように各アプリのパスにあるページは、そのアプリのポリシーに従います。

集める情報

• サイトの閲覧：ブラウザに保存する匿名のID、1日1回の訪問の記録、このサイトに来る前のページ、最初に開いたリンクのキャンペーン情報（UTM）。kensaur.us/go/ のリンクからアプリを開いたときは、選んだアプリとリンク。どれにも、お名前やメールアドレスは含まれません。
• トップページのエラーと表示速度：ページが正しく動かなかったとき、エラーの内容、ブラウザとOSの種類、ページのアドレス（クエリ文字列を除く）。また、一部の訪問について、ページの読み込みにかかった時間。
• アプリパスポートのアカウント：メールアドレス。Apple または Google でサインインした場合は、そのサービスが当社に渡すアカウントIDと、提供される場合はお名前とプロフィール画像。ほかに、ご自身で設定する表示名、新しいアプリのお知らせメールを受け取るかどうか、使った当社のアプリとその時期、スタンプ、クレジットの残高と履歴（ウェルカムクレジット、チャージ、アプリ・機能・AIモデルごとの利用、返金）、招待コードとそれを使った友だちの人数、各アプリでのプラン。
• 購入：クレジットのチャージでは、Stripe がお支払いを処理します。当社が保存するのは Stripe の顧客IDと決済の参照番号です。カード番号を当社が見ることはありません。
• 不正利用の防止：ウェルカムクレジットを1人1回にするため、メールアドレスを確認し、IPアドレスはそのものではなく、ハッシュ値にして保存します。
• ご依頼：アカウントの削除を依頼されたときは、依頼の内容とメールアドレス、クレジット残高、最近の決済の参照番号を保存します。
• サーバーのログ：サーバーは、IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、日時などの一般的なログを記録します。

広告用のトラッカーは使いません。個人情報を販売・貸与したり、広告に使ったりすることはありません。

使う目的

• サインイン、アカウント・クレジット・スタンプ・招待の提供、お支払いの処理のため。
• ご依頼いただいたサインイン用コードをメールで送るため。
• ウェルカムクレジットの不正利用を防ぎ、サービスの安全を守るため。
• ご依頼への返信と、アカウント削除の対応のため。
• 訪問数や、どのアプリのリンクが使われたかを全体として数え、エラーを見つけて直すため。
• 新しいアプリや機能のお知らせメールを送るため（ご自身でオンにした場合だけ）。

これ以外の目的に使うときは、事前にお知らせし、法令で必要な場合は同意をいただきます。

GDPR が適用される方へ：アカウント、クレジット、お支払い、サインインのメールは契約の履行、安全対策・不正利用の防止・エラー報告・訪問数の集計は当社の正当な利益、お知らせメールは同意、購入記録の保存は法的義務に基づきます。

業務を委託している事業者

次の事業者に、それぞれの役割に必要な情報だけを渡しています。

• Supabase：データベース、サインイン、サーバーの処理。データは東京のサーバーにあります。
• Amazon Web Services（S3、CloudFront）：ウェブサイトの保存と配信。
• Apple、Google：これらでサインインを選んだ場合のサインイン。
• Resend：サインイン用コードのメール送信。
• Google（Gmail）：当社宛てのメールの受信。
• Stripe：クレジットのチャージのカード決済。お支払いの際は Stripe 自身のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
• Sentry：トップページのエラーと表示速度の報告。
• Discord：ご依頼が届いたことを当社の非公開の連絡チャンネルに知らせます。この通知に含まれるのは、アカウントIDから作った短い符号、クレジット残高、最近の決済の参照番号、依頼の内容です。メールアドレスは含みません。

また、ページの表示のために、お使いのブラウザが Google Fonts（フォント）、YouTube（動画のサムネイル）、Open-Meteo（Tsumagoi のセクションの天気予報）に直接接続します。これらの事業者には、どのサイトから読み込む場合とも同じようにIPアドレスが伝わります。それ以外の情報を当社から送ることはありません。

外国にある第三者への提供

• データベースは東京の Supabase のサーバーにあります。Supabase の運営会社はシンガポールにあります。
• Sentry はエラー報告を米国で保存します。Stripe、Resend、Discord は米国の会社で、情報を米国で扱うことがあります。
• Amazon Web Services は、世界各地のサーバーからウェブサイトを配信します。Apple と Google も、情報を日本の外で扱うことがあります。

米国には、日本の個人情報保護法のような包括的な連邦法はなく、分野ごとの連邦法と、カリフォルニア州などの州法で保護されています。個人情報保護委員会による米国の制度の概要は こちら をご覧ください。

各事業者は、当社との契約や利用規約に基づいて情報を扱います。事業者ごとの所在国や安全管理措置について知りたい場合は、お問い合わせください。

保存期間

• アカウントとその履歴：アカウントを削除するまで。
• アカウントの削除：ご依頼から30日以内に、当社のすべてのアプリについて手作業で行い、完了したらメールでお知らせします。
• 購入の記録：税法・会計の法令で必要な期間。アカウントの削除後も保存します。
• 訪問とリンクの記録：自動で削除する期間はまだ決めていません。お名前やメールアドレスは含みません。
• エラー報告とサーバーのログ：一定期間ののちに、各サービスで削除されます。
• ご依頼の記録：ご依頼を受け付け、対応したことの記録として保存します。

ご本人の権利

当社が保有するご自身の個人情報について、次のことを求めることができます。

• 内容と、利用・提供の記録の開示
• 訂正
• 利用の停止、または削除
• 再利用できる形式でのコピーの提供
• 外国の事業者と、その安全管理措置についての情報の提供

表示名とお知らせメールの設定は、アプリパスポートでいつでも変えられます。アカウントの削除は、アプリパスポートにサインインし、「アカウント」の「アカウントを削除」から「削除を依頼する」を押してください。サインインできない場合や、そのほかのご請求は、アカウントのメールアドレスから kensaurus@gmail.com までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認させていただく場合があります。できるだけ早く、遅くとも1か月以内にお返事します。

当社の対応にご不満がある場合は、個人情報保護委員会（ppc.go.jp）に、EU または英国にお住まいの方はお住まいの地域のデータ保護機関に申し立てることができます。

Cookie とブラウザへの保存

このポリシーの対象のページは Cookie を使いません。次のものを、お使いのブラウザのローカルストレージに保存します。

• アプリパスポートのサインイン状態
• 言語と配色の設定
• 匿名のID、最後に訪問した日、最初に開いたリンクの情報

ほかに、そのタブを閉じると消えるセッションストレージに、最初のアニメーションを再生したかどうかと、短時間の天気予報のキャッシュを保存します。ブラウザで kensaur.us のデータを消去すると、これらはすべて消えます（サインインも解除され、kensaur.us にある各アプリのデータも消えます）。stripe.com にある Stripe の決済ページは、Stripe 自身の Cookie を使います。

お子さまの情報

このウェブサイトとアプリパスポートは、16歳未満のお子さま向けではありません。16歳未満の方の情報を、それと知りながら集めることはありません。16歳未満の方が情報を提供したと思われる場合は、メールでご連絡ください。削除します。

このポリシーの変更

変更したときは、このページの最終更新日を書き換えます。大きな変更は、効力が生じる前にこのページでお知らせし、アカウントをお持ちの方にはメールでもお知らせします。このポリシーは日本語の文章を正文とし、英語はその翻訳です。

Who we are

kensaurus LLC (ｋｅｎｓａｕｒｕｓ合同会社, "we") runs this website, kensaur.us, and the App Passport at kensaur.us/account/. We decide how this data is used, so we are responsible for it.

Your App Passport account is the same account you use in our apps. Each app has its own privacy policy for the data inside it. This policy covers these pages on kensaur.us: the home page, /account/, /go/, /tokushoho/, /privacy/ and /art/. Pages under an app's own path, such as kensaur.us/glot-it/, follow that app's policy.

What we collect

• Visiting the site: an anonymous ID stored in your browser, a record of one visit per day, the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags (UTM) in the first link you arrived from. When you open one of our apps through a kensaur.us/go/ link, which app and link you picked. None of this includes your name or email.
• Errors and speed on the home page: if the page breaks, a report with the error, your browser and system, and the page address without its query string. For a small share of visits, how long the page took to load.
• Your App Passport account: your email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, the account ID that service gives us, and the name and profile picture it shares, if any. Also the display name you set, whether you want emails about new apps, which of our apps you have used and when, your stamps, your credit balance and its history (welcome credits, top-ups, AI use by app, feature and model, refunds), your invite code and how many friends used it, and your plans in our apps.
• Purchases: when you top up credits, Stripe takes the payment. We keep the Stripe customer ID and the payment reference. We never see your card number.
• Abuse checks: to give welcome credits once per person, we check your email address and keep a salted hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
• Requests you send: when you ask us to delete your account, we store the request with your email, your credit balance and your recent payment references.
• Server logs: our servers keep standard logs such as IP address, browser type and time.

We don't run ad trackers. We don't sell or rent your data, or use it for ads.

Why we use it

• To sign you in, run your account, credits, stamps and invites, and take payments.
• To email you the sign-in code you ask for.
• To stop abuse of welcome credits and keep the service secure.
• To answer your requests and carry out account deletion.
• To count visits and app-link use in total, and to find and fix errors.
• To email you about new apps and features, only if you turn that on.

Before we use your data for a new purpose, we will tell you, and ask where the law requires it.

If the GDPR applies to you: we rely on our contract with you for your account, credits, payments and sign-in emails; on our legitimate interests for security, abuse checks, error reports and visit totals; on your consent for emails about new apps; and on legal obligations for keeping purchase records.

Who helps us run it

Each of these services gets only the data its job needs.

• Supabase: database, sign-in and server functions. The data is on its servers in Tokyo, Japan.
• Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront): stores and delivers the website.
• Apple and Google: sign-in, if you choose them.
• Resend: sends the sign-in code email.
• Google (Gmail): receives the email you send us.
• Stripe: card payments for credit top-ups. Stripe's own privacy policy also applies when it takes your payment.
• Sentry: error and speed reports from the home page.
• Discord: tells our private support channel that a request arrived. The notice carries a short code made from your account ID, your credit balance, your recent payment references and the request text. Not your email.

To show the pages, your browser also connects directly to Google Fonts (fonts), YouTube (video thumbnails) and Open-Meteo (the weather forecast in the Tsumagoi section). They see your IP address, as with any site you load content from. We send them nothing else about you.

Data outside Japan

• Our database is on Supabase servers in Tokyo. Supabase, the company, is based in Singapore.
• Sentry stores error reports in the United States. Stripe, Resend and Discord are US companies and may handle data there.
• Amazon Web Services delivers the website from servers around the world. Apple and Google may also handle data outside Japan.

The United States has no single national privacy law like Japan's. Protection comes from federal laws for specific sectors and from state laws such as California's. Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission summarizes the US system here (in Japanese).

Each provider handles data under its contract or terms with us. Ask us for details of any provider, where it handles data, and the safeguards it uses.

How long we keep it

• Your account and its history: until your account is deleted.
• Account deletion: done by hand within 30 days of your request, in all our apps. We email you when it's done.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, also after your account is deleted.
• Visit and link records: we haven't set an automatic deletion period yet. They don't include your name or email.
• Error reports and server logs: deleted by each service after a limited time.
• Requests you send: kept as a record that we received and handled them.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal data we hold about you, and how we used and shared it;
• correct it;
• stop using it, or delete it;
• give you a copy in a format you can reuse;
• tell you more about the providers outside Japan and their safeguards.

You can change your display name and email choice in the App Passport at any time. To delete your account, sign in to the App Passport, go to Account, then Delete account, and press Request deletion. If you can't sign in, or for anything else, email kensaurus@gmail.com from the address on your account. We may need to confirm it's you. We reply as soon as we can, and within one month at the latest.

If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission (ppc.go.jp) or, in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and browser storage

The pages this policy covers set no cookies. They keep these in your browser's local storage:

• your App Passport sign-in;
• your language and colour theme;
• the anonymous ID, the day of your last visit, and the first link you arrived from.

They also keep, in session storage that clears when you close the tab, whether the opening animation has played and a short-lived copy of the weather forecast. Clearing kensaur.us data in your browser removes all of it and signs you out. It also clears the data of our apps served from kensaur.us. Stripe's checkout page, on stripe.com, sets Stripe's own cookies.

Children

The website and the App Passport are not made for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think someone under 16 has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. For a significant change, we tell you on this page before it takes effect, and by email if you have an account.
