kensaurus合同会社が、当社のアプリとウェブサイトで販売する次の有料サービスについての表記です。

AIクレジット：各アプリの AI 機能に使うクレジット。ウェブ（アプリパスポート、lets-talk のウェブサイト）と、lets-talk・help her take photo のアプリ内で販売しています。
The Wanting Mind ライフタイムアクセス：一度だけお支払いいただく買い切りの購入です。
glot.it Pro：月額・年額の自動更新プランと、自動更新のない購入。ウェブでは、Pro の利用期間を贈るギフトコード（購入から1年間有効）も販売しています。

販売価格: 各商品の購入画面（App Store・Google Play の購入画面、各ウェブサイトの購入ページ）に表示する金額です。ウェブでの購入は米ドル建てで、日本円での請求額はお使いのカード会社の換算レートで決まります。
商品代金以外の必要料金: インターネット接続の通信料金はお客様のご負担です。ウェブでの米ドル建てのお支払いでは、カード会社所定の手数料がかかる場合があります。
支払方法: App Store（Apple）、Google Play（Google）、またはウェブでの Stripe によるカード決済など（購入画面に表示される方法）。
支払時期: 1回限りの購入（クレジット、買い切り、ギフトコード）：購入手続きの完了時。

自動更新のサブスクリプション：購入時（無料期間がある場合はその終了時）と、以後の各更新日。

App Store・Google Play でのご購入は、各ストアの規約に従って請求されます。
提供時期: 決済の完了後、すぐにご利用いただけます。クレジットは通常すぐに残高へ追加されます。
動作環境: アプリの対応 OS は、App Store・Google Play の各アプリのページに表示しています。ウェブ版は、Chrome・Safari・Edge・Firefox の最新版でご利用いただけます。
キャンセル・返金: デジタル商品のため、購入手続きの完了後は、お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・返金はお受けしていません（法令で認められる場合を除きます）。

当社の不具合で購入した内容をご利用いただけない場合は、メールでご連絡ください。確認のうえ、提供または返金で対応します。

App Store・Google Play でのご購入の返金は、Apple・Google がそれぞれの規定に従って行います。当社から返金することはできません。
サブスクリプションの解約: 解約は、購入したストア（App Store・Google Play）のサブスクリプション設定で行います。ウェブでのご購入は、glot.it の料金ページから開く Stripe の請求管理画面で行います。

App Store・Google Play では次回更新日の24時間前までに、ウェブでは次回更新日の前までに解約すると、次回以降の請求は発生しません。

解約後も、お支払い済みの期間の終わりまでご利用いただけます。期間の途中で解約しても、日割りの返金はありません。
AIクレジットの条件: 1クレジットは1セント（0.01米ドル）分の AI 利用に使えます。クレジットはアカウントに保管され、同じアカウントで使うすべてのアプリで共通です。

購入したクレジットに有効期限はありません。

クレジットは、現金への払い戻し・換金や、他のアカウントへの譲渡はできません（法令で払い戻しが必要な場合を除きます）。

購入が返金・チャージバックされた場合は、その購入で追加したクレジットを残高から差し引くことがあります。

アカウントを削除すると、残っているクレジットは失われます。

What this covers

The paid services kensaurus LLC (ｋｅｎｓａｕｒｕｓ合同会社) sells in its apps and websites:

AI credits: credits that pay for AI features in the apps. Sold on the web (in the App Passport and on the lets-talk website), and in the lets-talk and help her take photo apps.
The Wanting Mind Lifetime Access: a one-time purchase.
glot.it Pro: monthly and yearly plans that renew automatically, and purchases that do not renew. On the web we also sell gift codes for Pro time, valid for one year from purchase.

Price: The amount shown on each purchase screen (the App Store or Google Play purchase screen, or the purchase page of each website). Web purchases are priced in US dollars. Your card issuer's exchange rate sets the amount charged in yen.
Other costs: You pay for your own internet connection. A payment in US dollars on the web may carry a fee set by your card issuer.
Payment methods: App Store (Apple), Google Play (Google), or card payment and other methods through Stripe on the web (the methods shown at checkout).
When you pay: One-time purchases (credits, lifetime purchases, gift codes): when you complete the purchase.

Subscriptions that renew automatically: at purchase (or when a free period ends, if there is one), then on each renewal date.

App Store and Google Play purchases are charged under that store's terms.
Delivery: Available as soon as the payment is complete. Credits usually reach your balance right away.
Requirements: Supported OS versions for the apps are shown on each app's App Store and Google Play page. The web versions work in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox.
Cancellation and refunds: These are digital products, so once a purchase is complete we don't accept cancellations or refunds for a change of mind, except where the law allows them.

If a fault on our side stops you using what you bought, email us. We will check, then either deliver it or refund you.

Apple and Google refund App Store and Google Play purchases under their own rules. We can't issue those refunds.
Cancelling a subscription: Cancel in the subscription settings of the store you bought from (App Store or Google Play). For a web purchase, cancel in the Stripe billing page you open from glot.it's pricing page.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date on the App Store or Google Play, or before the next renewal date on the web, and you won't be charged again.

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling partway through a period does not give a partial refund.
AI credits: One credit pays for 1¢ (US$0.01) of AI use. Credits are held in your account and work in all our apps you use with that account.

Purchased credits don't expire.

Credits can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, or moved to another account, except where the law requires a refund.

If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits it added may be taken off your balance.

If you delete your account, any credits left in it are lost.
