解約

サブスクリプションは、お支払いいただいたストア（Apple、Google、Stripe）で解約するまで自動更新されます。アカウントを削除すると、ご自身が所有する世帯の Stripe サブスクリプションは解約されますが、Apple・Google のサブスクリプションと、他の方の世帯のためにお支払いいただいている Stripe サブスクリプションは解約されません。これらは各ストアで解約してください。

返品・返金

デジタルサービスの性質上、お支払い済みの期間の返金はいたしません（法令で認められる場合を除きます）。解約はいつでも可能で、お支払い済みの期間の終わりまでご利用いただけ、次回以降は請求されません。Apple・Google でのご購入の返金は、各ストアの規定に従います。ご不明な点はメール（kensaurus@gmail.com）でお問い合わせください。

Requirements

The yen-yen app for iPhone or Android (supported OS versions are shown on the App Store and Google Play pages), or a web browser.

Cancellation

A subscription renews until you cancel it with the store you paid (Apple, Google or Stripe). Deleting your account cancels a Stripe subscription for a household you own, but not an Apple or Google one, or a Stripe one you pay for someone else's household. Cancel those with the store.

Returns and refunds

Paid plans are a digital service, so a period you already paid for is not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can cancel anytime: the plan lasts to the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. Apple and Google purchases are refunded under that store's own rules.
